You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Modification of Terms

Dining Vexa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
